Drawings

These are some of my drawing sheets from my FMP. I have used a range of media, my subjects come mainly from nature. I have tried to use pastel and muted colours but have experimented also with some vibrant colours.

Colour Boards

I made these colour boards on photoshop from images found on trend websites and other websites I find inspirational. This is the colour theme I am using for my FMP. I love these colours I think they're really fresh and get you ready for spring and summer!

Final Major Project Reserch

London

Before leaving uni for Christmas break, myself, Helen Proudlock & Hana Marie visited London for the day in search of some inspiring research to begin our FMP's. Below are some (as I took hundreds of photo's and would have been here all day!) of the things that inspired me most.

The V&A Museum

I was really inspired by the laser cut jewellery and some of the beautiful cards and postcards I found in the V&A museum. As it was Christmas, they had some gorgeous decorations and cards perfect for presents.

After gathering research in The V&A we visited Clifton Nurseries on Warwick Avenue. This helped me gather a lot of research as there were so many beautiful flowers and plants in so many different arrangements. Above are some of my favourites... I hope you like them!

Here are some of the many beautiful and inspiring products I found for sale in Liberty's at Christmas!! I love going to Liberty's, the whole store is so beautifully presented with so many gorgeous products, these are some of the photo's I took in the store which I took particular inspiration from; as they have similar imagery to my theme for my FMP and I also want to try working with ceramics within my major.

We had a mad dash day around London cramming in museum after museum, jumping on and off tubes looking for inspiring things to photograph. All in all I would say we had a very successful day and we gathered a lot of research to begin our FMP.
